How to register

To register for the conference, please fill the registration form.

Following the University of Tartu guidelines in the current international security situation, participation of researchers or students with affiliations to Russian and Belarusian institutions is accepted on the basis of individual invitation only.

Participation fee

For in-person participation, the registration fee for the conference is as follows:

This basis fee includes the following:

• Contribution to travel support for invited speakers
• Conference materials
• Coffee breaks (1 person)
• Welcome reception (1 person)
• Conference dinner (1 person)

It does not include the excursion. If you would like to participate in the excursion, or bring an accompanying person to any events, the following additional fees will be charged per person:

The total amount will also be displayed after your registration, and transaction details will be provided.

We expect that for a limited number of students and participants from low-income countries, we might be able to waive the registration fee, and help to arrange shared budget accommodation. If you are interested in this option, please indicate it in the remarks section of the registration form, and you will be contacted by our team for further details.

For online participation in the scientific sessions of the conference there is no fee.

Abstract submission

If you have already registered by filling the form above and received an e-mail confirmation, please enter your access code here to submit an abstract. Please note that only abstracts submitted by 15 May 2022 are guaranteed to be given full consideration. The decision about the admitted contributions and a tentative schedule will be made shortly afterwards (late May). The abstract submission after the deadline will be possible only upon the availability of vacant talk slots, and hence cannot be guaranteed.
