Registration

To register for the conference and submit the abstract of your contribution, please fill the registration form. In order to guarantee a full consideration to your submission, please register before the deadline April 15. The decision about your submission will be made shortly afterwards (late April). The abstract submission after the deadline will be possible only upon availability of talk slots, and hence cannot be guaranteed.

Registration fee

The registration fee for the conference is 220€ (170€ for students) and includes the cost of coffee breaks, reception and the official conference dinner. To pay the registration fee and addition social programme, please use our payment form. Note that after April 30, the registration fees will be increased by 30€.

We expect that for a limited number of students and participants from low-income countries, we might be able to waive the registration fee. If you are interested in this option, please indicate it in the remarks section of the registration form, and you will be contacted by our team for further details.
