How to register

To register for the conference, please fill the registration form.

Following the University of Tartu guidelines in the current international security situation, participation of researchers or students with affiliations to Russian and Belarusian institutions is accepted on the basis of individual invitation only.

Participation fee

For in-person participation, the registration fee for the conference is as follows:

The deadline for the early fee payments is 10 May 2024, late fees have to be paid until 10 June 2024 (one week before the start of the conference). The basis fee includes the following:

• Conference materials and organisational expenses,
• Coffee breaks (1 person),
• Welcome reception (1 person).

The participation fee does not include the combined excursion and conference dinner. If you would like to participate in the excursion and dinner, or bring an accompanying person to any events, the following additional fees will be charged per person:

The total amount will also be displayed after your registration, and transaction details will be provided.

We hope that for a limited number of students or participants from low-income countries, we might be able to waive the registration fee, and help to arrange shared budget accommodation. If you are interested in this option, please indicate it in the remarks section of the registration form. We do not have funds to cover the travel or accommodation expenses.

For online attendance of the scientific sessions of the conference there is no fee.

Abstract submission

If you have already registered by filling the form above and received an e-mail confirmation, please enter your access code here to submit an abstract. Please note that abstracts submitted early by 1 May 2024 are guaranteed to be given full consideration. The decision about the admitted contributions and a tentative schedule will be made shortly afterwards (during May). The abstract submission after the early submission deadline will be possible, the contributions will be considered only upon the availability of vacant talk slots, and hence cannot be guaranteed. Priority will be given to in-person presentations.
